KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee staff attendance and performance
  • Analyze daily technician productivity metrics
  • Facilitate communication among all technicians
  • Conduct regular inspections of the service area
  • Respond promptly to emails and inquiries
  • Address customer feedback through review platforms
  • Ensure accurate coding on work orders
  • Provide consultation and support to service personnel
  • Verify external estimates for precision
  • Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee morale
  • Monitor technician clock-in and clock-out accuracy
  • Review upcoming service appointments
  • Evaluate service logs for vehicle stay duration
  • Participate in daily delivery meetings to coordinate with sales and finance
  • Lead end-of-day service meetings to discuss deliveries and appointments
  • Manage vacation scheduling for technicians and service writers
  • Review departmental operations and compliance
  • Assess customer satisfaction indices
  • Monitor open work order reports
  • Evaluate accounts receivable for service and warranty
  • Conduct interviews and onboarding for new department staff
  • Ensure a safe and respectful workplace for all employees

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates with experience in the RV industry, management roles, or service writing will be prioritized.
