Sales Associate – Recreational Vehicles

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an RV Sales Consultant. No prior sales experience is necessary, but a great attitude, people skills, and attention to detail are a must. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute the dealership's sales process
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to delivery
  • Present and demonstrate inventory to customers
  • Manage and review daily inventory reports
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and review monthly plans
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, sales performance, and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, products, and certification
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
