At LifeWorks, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Actuarial Consulting practice. As a Principal, you'll leverage your expertise to develop strategic plans for our clients' defined benefits pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive consulting services, delivering integrative solutions and overseeing client service quality.
  • Effectively communicate complex actuarial concepts to clients and stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge of industry developments and emerging trends.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and positioning LifeWorks as a leader in the market.
  • Foster team development through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting.
  • Professional actuarial designation, such as FCIA, ASA, or FSA.
  • Solid understanding of pension schemes and actuarial standards, including risk assessment, financial projections, and pension plan evaluation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial markets, and industry developments.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables and a collaborative work environment.
