At Tapestry, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate III to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury products and services to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, market competition, and customer shopping behaviors to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and create a positive, inclusive store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, maneuver sales floor, and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
