Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading our construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently, and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with project managers, trades, and sub-trades to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and implement construction schedules and plans to ensure that projects are completed on time
- Monitor and control construction costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget
- Ensure that all construction work is completed to the highest quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
