- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement innovative technical approaches to mechanical engineering projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they meet technical standards.
- Resolve technical issues, cost implications, and conflicts with contractors.
- Contribute to proposal writing and client presentations.
- Share expertise with other offices and support quality control initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- P.Eng. status with a relevant provincial association.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
