Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide high-quality technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement innovative technical approaches to mechanical engineering projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they meet technical standards.
  • Resolve technical issues, cost implications, and conflicts with contractors.
  • Contribute to proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Share expertise with other offices and support quality control initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • P.Eng. status with a relevant provincial association.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
