Position Overview

LUNATECH CONSULTING LTD is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and relevant experience in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to assess the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanical components and systems.
  • Design and develop power generation facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • Analyze the dynamics and vibrations associated with mechanical systems and structures.
  • Oversee and inspect the installation processes of mechanical systems.
  • Establish maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Investigate mechanical failures and address unexpected maintenance challenges.
  • Plan and manage engineering projects, preparing material, cost, and timing estimates, as well as design specifications.
  • Prepare contract documentation and assess tenders for industrial construction or maintenance projects.
Certifications
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) is required through a provincial or territorial association.
Work Environment
