About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shahi Catering & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen and service staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to help our staff build their skills and knowledge.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that we have the right staff in place to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
