About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Instructor to join our team at CAE Civil Aviation Training Solutions Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in aviation, with a focus on business jet platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training to clients on the Bombardier Business Jet Platform
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the aircraft systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create engaging and effective training programs
  • Provide feedback and coaching to students to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aviation technology

Requirements:

  • Hold an unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and be able to obtain FAA ATP
  • Minimum of 1500 hours of multi-crew experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Experience flying business aircraft is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred
  • Authorized to live and work in Canada
