About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pilot to join our team as a Full Time Instructor Pilot at CAE Civil Aviation Training Solutions Inc.

As an Instructor Pilot, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our clients, utilizing your expertise and passion for teaching to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver simulator and ground school training to clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our training programs and materials
  • Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive and effective training experience
  • Provide feedback and coaching to clients to help them improve their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in aviation training

Requirements:

  • Hold an unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and must be able to obtain FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance)
  • Minimum of 1500 hours of multi-crew experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
  • Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred (English/French)
  • Must be authorized to live/work in Canada
