About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Timmins Hyundai. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and repair any issues, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex vehicle problems, working efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Customer Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with the service provided.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other service technicians and support staff to ensure that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and education.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to ongoing education and training.
