BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role involves working with a variety of vehicles to restore them to their original condition.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Replace and repair various vehicle components including front end parts, body panels, doors, and underbody elements.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces to ensure quality paint application.
  • Utilize hammers and blocks to correct dents and imperfections.
  • Remove damaged parts and install replacements through bolting or welding.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to restore vehicle aesthetics.
  • Repair or replace interior components as necessary.
  • Fix or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix paint to achieve the desired color match.
  • Use soldering equipment or plastic fillers to address holes and seams.
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized pulling and anchoring tools.
Physical Requirements
  • This position is physically demanding and requires attention to detail.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Tools and Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required.
