Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
Culinary LeadershipLead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
Quality ControlConduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Staff DevelopmentTrain and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Operational EfficiencyManage kitchen operations to ensure seamless service delivery, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
LanguageFluency in English
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires standing for extended periods
