Position Overview

Join a dynamic team that values collaboration, fosters professional growth, and embraces diversity. Ainsworth is seeking a dedicated Fixed Machinery Mechanic to enhance our technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of electromechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Monitor and document the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
  • Prepare and maintain a daily activity log.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks as outlined in the client's preventive maintenance management system.
  • Address technical service requests and accurately record interventions.
  • Adjust HVAC systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC issues.
  • Perform minor repairs as necessary.
  • Regularly inspect and replace filters when required.
  • Clean and maintain coils, water tower basins, and other components.
  • Optimize settings to ensure comfort for occupants.
  • Oversee specialized subcontractor work for both preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness in mechanical and electrical areas.
  • Ensure the functionality of control systems and support energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Engage in discussions with the property management team.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a level 3A fixed machinery mechanic license or higher.
  • Skilled in building control software.
  • Effective communication skills in both French and English.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7:00 to 15:30 or 8:30 to 17:00 on rotation.
