Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support of Real Estate and Real Asset products, including Yardi and other applications. You will also act as a business solution owner for applications within Real Estate and Real Asset operating models and provide SME-level support as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support of Real Estate and Real Asset products, including Yardi and other applications.
  • Act as a business solution owner for applications within Real Estate and Real Asset operating models.
  • Provide SME-level support as required.
  • Work virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of processes and best practice standards.
  • Provide business solutions working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Product lead on Product roadmap items.
  • Manage and develop the Real Estate help desk function.
  • Support the business development and Client Integration teams.
  • Work closely with the Client Operations team.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role with experience supporting Yardi or working as a Yardi super user.
  • Strong background in Fund or Investor Administration.
  • Good technical skills in Excel, SQL, or Yardi.
  • Capable of supporting requirements and testing for business/application requests.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
