About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Marketing Specialist to join our team at Momiji Health Care Society.

This role will focus on promoting our Home Care Services and Subscription Services, working closely with our Support Services department to coordinate and manage the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Home Care Services and Subscription Services.
  • Collaborate with the Support Services department to coordinate and manage the Home Care Services program.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations to support the function of the Home Care Services.
  • Conduct needs surveys and research to develop new programs and services.
  • Support the Director of Care in developing and managing program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices for the responsible programs.
  • Provide written and oral reports as required.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Community Development, or equivalent.
  • Experience in business operations within a similar area.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and standards related to community services in Ontario.
  • Ability to demonstrate a person and family-centered approach to providing culturally appropriate services to clients and their families.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English (verbal and written Japanese language skills are an asset).
  • Ability to write reports and grant applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent assessment, interviewing, and problem-solving skills.
