Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients in their private residences, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
