About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Client Executive to join our team at Marsh. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client service plans to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive risk management solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage client relationships to ensure long-term growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of general business functions, finance, and issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
