- Support Client Executives on key accounts and contribute to professional development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client exposure and analyze risk to determine product/service requirements.
- Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers.
- Implement and maintain quality service plans, ensuring accuracy of documents.
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients.
- Conduct stewardship meetings with client participation.
- Generate new sales through existing clients and referrals.
- Manage timely billing and collection for each client.
- Develop working relationships with internal functions to improve client service.
- Engage industry groups and Marsh resources to offer best-in-class solutions.
- Participate in professional development activities and courses.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance.
- NS license or ability to obtain one within 3 months.
- Strong business acumen, including knowledge of general business functions and finance.
- Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient with MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Client services experience.
- Construction industry experience as insurer or broker.
- Underwriting experience.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to learn new systems.
- Bilingual (English and French, written and spoken).
