Role Overview:
- Resident Engagement Specialist:
Serve as the main point of contact, develop strong relationships, and ensure resident satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs.
- Leasing Consultant:
Manage the complete leasing process, from initial inquiries to the onboarding of new residents. Proactively oversee vacancies and achieve leasing objectives.
- Operations Coordinator:
Process payments, conduct property assessments, and coordinate resident transitions and maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proven ability to resolve issues and meet performance targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
