About the Property Manager Role:

Client Ambassador: As a frontline liaison, establish strong relationships and provide excellence in resolving concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.

Leasing Champion: Master the leasing process, from initial inquiry to welcoming new residents. Maintain accurate apartment availability counts and proactively work to achieve leasing goals.

Operations Guru: Collect rent, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office. SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to concerns and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with high negotiation efficiency.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
