Restaurant Manager Job Description

At Jimmy the Greek, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity in the restaurant.
  • Recruit and Supervise Staff: Hire, train, and manage a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
