IPAC Bachelor Factory is collaborating with a prominent insurance firm in search of a Banking Sales Consultant in Apprenticeship.
Training:
This role involves a 12-month alternating contract, leading to a Bachelor's degree in Banking Insurance (Certified Title of level 6 - Bachelor - recognized by the State and validating ECTS credits). The educational component will be conducted at a school in Laval, with 70% of the time spent in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Support advisors in understanding their daily operations
- Engage in client reception through various platforms (branch, phone, email)
- Assess and interpret the requirements of clients and prospects
- Promote products and services tailored to individual needs
- Assist clients in navigating new technologies
- Oversee routine account management and follow up on each case
- Manage and enhance a client portfolio while aiding in the acquisition of new clients
- Ensure effective customer relationship management, address complaints, and meet commitments
- Conduct your duties in accordance with existing regulations
Candidate Profile:
- Dynamic, inquisitive, and enthusiastic, with demonstrated negotiation abilities, you possess the essential traits for success within our partner organization.
Qualifications:
- Must have a validated Baccalaureate or possess ECTS credits.
Compensation:
Salary is based on a percentage of the SMIC according to the contract's salary scale.
