Job Title: Transportation Manager

Join Roadx Express Ltd. as a Transportation Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring the smooth movement of goods and services across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods
  • Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates and services
  • Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 people and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
