About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Associate Vice-President Students. This senior administrator will provide strategic direction and oversight to our student support ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive and integrated experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of student services and programs that foster student success and well-being.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to integrate student services and support across all six campuses.
  • Advocate for students and foster relationships with external organizations to support student success.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support student services and programs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and faculty to ensure a student-centered approach to education.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in senior leadership, preferably in a post-secondary setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing student conduct cases and developing data-informed strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, and to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Coaching mindset and ability to create a thought-provoking environment to help others achieve their goals.
