We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Backend to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and operate features for large-scale distributed software services and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop features for large-scale distributed software services and solutions, adhering to modern software engineering practices through design and code reviews.
  • System Design: Design systems through well-defined interfaces across multiple components, leveraging data and telemetry to make decisions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean and optimized code, improve test coverage for services, organize and implement integration tests, and resolve problem areas.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with mentors and leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for our users.
  • Customer Focus: Focus on customer and partner needs through a data-driven approach.
  • Culture and Values: Embody our culture and values, including respect, integrity, and accountability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 4+ years of technical engineering experience with object-oriented coding languages, including C++, C#, Java, or Python.
  • Skills: Experience with designing, developing, and operating backend services, cloud and services experience, and Agile and iterative development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 6+ years of designing, developing, and operating backend services.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries, experience with DevOps, and passion for building highly scalable and reliable services.
