Construction Project Manager

125790 BC Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in preparing and submitting project budget estimates, hiring and supervising subcontractors, and planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing and submitting project budget estimates
* Hiring and supervising activities of subcontractors
* Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones
* Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
* Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control
* Reading blueprint, schemas and drawings
* Directing the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
* Developing and implementing quality control programs
* Overseeing the analysis of data and information
* Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
