Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Travelodge Bracebridge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
