We are seeking a highly skilled Track Supervisor to join our team at CP. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of our railway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the application of CP safety practices, policies, and procedures by unionized employees
* Deliver regulatory compliance for respective geographic territory as required under regulation
* Inspect track at required intervals and maintain proper records of the inspections
* Set work priorities and objectives on a daily basis and make recommendations to the Roadmaster
* Ensure that all maintenance performed on the assigned territory complies with current standards
* Provide on-call support and response on a rotating cycle for incidents and emergencies

Requirements

* Minimum of six years of continued progress and proven record in track work
* Demonstrates capability to understand and apply relevant track standards and practice circulars
* Demonstrates the ability to work safely and has a clean safety/performance record
