Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and arrange tables.
  • Sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and tidy tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Load and organize buspans and trays efficiently.
  • Operate dishwashing machines to ensure cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Store dishes appropriately in designated areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage spaces, appliances, and tools.
  • Handle and store cleaning agents safely.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and refuse properly.
  • Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Capable of repetitive actions with attention to detail.
