Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
