Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Premier Property Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and submit detailed project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and changes
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
