Job Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer or Professional Technologist to join our team in Medicine Hat. As an intermediate-level professional, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating small projects, applying and promoting Englobe's health and safety rules, and contributing to the development of electrical systems in buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency backup, and lighting.
  • Model electrical systems using SKM and Revit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
  • Lead and coordinate small projects, including commercial, industrial, and municipal electrical and controls.
  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and/or municipal electrical and controls.
  • Eligibility for professional membership with APEGA (P.Eng.) or ASET (P.Tech, Eng.).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit drafting.
  • Commercial and/or industrial consulting experience.
