Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Oversight

Oversee the preparation of Financial Statements, including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports. Manage the complete accounting cycle along with month-end closing activities. Supervise accounts receivable and payable processes. Develop and uphold financial systems, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure compliance and manage associated risks. Collaborate with external consultants, including accountants and legal advisors. Coordinate audit processes and collaborate with internal teams to achieve operational objectives. Administer treasury functions. Evaluate and manage intercompany transfer pricing. Conduct cost accounting activities. Oversee Working Capital management, including inventories, receivables, and payables. Act as the primary liaison with the Finance & Accounting Shared Service Center. Facilitate payroll preparation in conjunction with external service providers.

Financial Strategy and Analysis

Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities. Conduct monthly financial analyses and present findings to the CAPOL Group. Analyze P&L variances compared to the previous year and budget. Prepare and deliver Ad Hoc analyses and reports for the Board of Directors of the CAPOL Group. Plan and oversee investment strategies and coordinate investment evaluations.

Administrative Duties

Ensure adherence to legal regulations. Manage communications and obligations with various regulatory bodies. Oversee contracted services and vendor management. Participate in the management of insurance policies. Handle contract management activities.

Information Technology Coordination

Collaborate with both internal and external service providers. Ensure IT operations are managed by the FCS IT HUB.

Required Qualifications:

CPA certification is preferred. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required. Proficiency in both French and English is essential. Demonstrated leadership experience in finance and administration is necessary. Strong knowledge of controlling and experience in international team environments is important. A hands-on approach with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration is vital.
