We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at The Greenhorizons Group of Farms Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction, landscaping, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Lay sod or seed
  • Cut grass
  • Assist with landscape constructions
  • Apply fertilizers
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
Work Environment:

As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail. The work term is seasonal, and the work language is English. The working hours are 40 to 70 hours per week.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel
