We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Care Specialist to join our team at 2141632 Ontario Inc. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces.
Qualifications- Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping is considered an asset.
- Perform tree trimming to achieve specific pruning goals, including crown cleaning, thinning, and restoration.
- Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Water and care for plants, lawns, and gardens.
- Utilize fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products as needed.
- Implement various treatments such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas.
- Evaluate the health of lawns and diagnose issues with trees and shrubs.
- Plan and coordinate the growth and application of plants for landscaping and ornamental purposes.
- Plant and maintain both private and public gardens and lawns.
- Handle the planting and relocation of trees.
- Manage tree removal tasks.
- Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, including seedlings.
- Assist with in-house laundry services.
- Conduct light housekeeping duties.
- Prepare beds and change linens as necessary.
