About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist to support one of our retail centres in Mount Forest, ON. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality care to our clients, from initial consultations to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Conduct hearing evaluations and diagnostic audiological tests
  • Maintain expertise in the selling, fitting, and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology
  • Collaborate with front office staff to manage client bookings and phone calls
  • Adhere to Operational and Quality Assurance guidelines
What We're Looking For
  • College Diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or University Degree from a recognized Audiology program or equivalent
  • Current registration in good standing with regulatory college or provincially recognized licensing body
  • Minimum 1 year of diagnostic/dispensing experience (not applicable for initial practice registrants)
  • Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and co-workers
  • Travel may be required to support clients
