Hearing Care Specialist

At HearUSA, we are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist to join our team. As a key member of our audiology department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hearing health services to our clients.
About the Role:
- Deliver top-notch care to clients, from initial evaluations to ongoing hearing needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize expertise in fitting and troubleshooting the latest hearing aid technology to provide optimal solutions for clients.
- Manage appointments and ensure operational and quality standards are met, maintaining a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiology program from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with a recognized regulatory college or licensing body.
- Minimum 1 year of diagnostic/dispensing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of hearing health products and services, including the latest advancements in technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to travel as needed to support client needs.
