Job Summary

Ryder System seeks a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in our Combo BDM CDM position. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing current customers, developing profitable new customer business, and meeting or exceeding assigned quotas for revenue and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze account profitability and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added services to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive Sales Excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
