Job Responsibilities

  • Operate roll-off trucks to collect waste and recycling materials from commercial locations.
  • Safely maneuver the truck in tight spaces, utilizing mirrors and cameras for precise backing maneuvers.
  • Maintain a clean work area by removing loose debris from the truck and surrounding areas.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any concerns or suggestions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario AZ Driver's License with a clean driving record and CVOR.
  • Minimum one year of experience operating roll-off trucks or front-end loaders.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Experience in the waste management industry is an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to pass a background check including a MTO medical/drug test, criminal history search, license verification, and employment confirmation.
