Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at CH Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions using computer equipment and GPS navigation systems.
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Communicate with central dispatch and relay information as required.
  • Ensure the safety and security of cargo, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • AZ class license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
