Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for building artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our customers. You will work closely with other data scientists and developers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that classify and understand communication content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop machine learning models to classify and understand communication content
  • Work closely with other data scientists and developers to deploy machine learning models
  • Produce reports detailing model performance
  • Take initiative to identify and solve important problems, coordinating with others on cross-cutting technical issues
  • Participate in design review, code review, sprint planning, and other Agile artifacts
  • Collaborate with Product Management on user story generation and refinement
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing activities with colleagues
  • Mentor junior and intermediate data scientists via pairing and reviews
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with solving machine learning problems
  • BSc in a STEM or Linguistics subject or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with very large data sets in an enterprise-wide application environment
  • Experience with Python and Bash
  • Experience with common machine learning libraries such as: PyTorch, Sklearn, TensorFlow, TensorRT and others
  • Experience mentoring junior and intermediate data scientists
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
