Qualifications:

- Proficiency in operating various types of grading equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise instruction delivery.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Commitment to safety practices and regulations.
- Valid G2 or G License required.
