Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and counseling
- Manage and maintain accurate patient profiles and medication records
- Participate in disease management and compliance programs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Ability to travel out of town within BC, up to every other week
- Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with overtime as required
- Ability to work primarily nights and weekends
- Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure
- A high level of professionalism
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to participate in continued education to upgrade knowledge
