About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at H.Q. Mushroom Farm Ltd. as a key member of our crop production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and effective crop production.
  • Coordinate and manage the maintenance of financial and production records, including crop yields, expenses, and quality control measures.
  • Negotiate with clients to provide agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Maintain quality control and production records, and supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
  • Perform general farm duties, including operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and combination of sitting and standing.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area with dusty and hot conditions, and will be required to work outdoors.
