Social Media Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and curate social media editorial calendars to deliver consistent, strategic, and engaging content across all platforms.
* Drive organic growth and actively manage community engagement by responding to comments and fostering an active brand community.
* Collaborate with team members to craft original, storytelling content that strengthens our brand narrative and resonates with our audience.
* Produce compelling digital marketing materials, including blog posts and newsletters, and manage various content types to ensure brand voice consistency.
* Generate reports and craft compelling insights and recommendations that explore traditional and non-traditional methods of reaching consumers through various social channels.
Requirements:
* A content creator at heart, with a knack for producing engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
* Very strong copywriting skills, able to convey the essence of Dulcedo Inc through words.
* Bilingualism in French is a nice bonus but not mandatory.
* Possess a sound understanding and practical experience with industry-standard tools, encompassing advanced social analytics, social listening, and posting tools (Iconosquare, Canva, G-Suite, AirTable, Asana, Hootsuite, to name a few).
* Proven ability to create content that resonates, tells a story, and engages audiences, coupled with a deep understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
* Bonus points if you have graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop and Premiere Pro, or comparable digital media editing tools.
* Around 2 years of experience in a relevant field, whether freelancing or working within a small agency, showcasing a solid foundation in social media marketing and having managed social media channels for a brand and/or agency.
* Fully proficient in English, both written and spoken.
* A proactive approach to staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices, contributing to educational posts, and continuously learning and applying new techniques to stay ahead in the industry.
* A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, providing a solid grounding in marketing principles relevant to the PR industry.
