- Teach, counsel, and advocate on behalf of patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Support an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification.
- Rural ER experience and Charge Nurse experience may be required.
- Additional education or training in a related field.
- Leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
- A competitive rate of pay and excellent benefits.
- Northern Allowance (annual maximum of $6,300) for employees working in northern locations.
- Retention Payment (annual maximum of $2,500) for Regular Full-time employment.
- Temporary housing and Relocation Assistance may be available.
