About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, presenting lease agreements, and collecting rental payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the property appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and renting storage units
- Present lease agreements and collect rental payments
- Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily
- Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
- Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
