Environmental & Technical Manager - ERCO Worldwide

As a key member of the ERCO Worldwide team, the Environmental & Technical Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's operations are environmentally sustainable and compliant with regulatory requirements. This position will lead the site's environmental management system, coordinate plant improvement projects, and provide technical support to plant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Environmental Management: Develop, implement, and maintain site environmental plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all levels of regulatory requirements, including those related to environmental protection and process safety.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to plant operations, including process engineering, project management, and laboratory support.
- Project Management: Coordinate plant improvement projects, including capital projects, to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of environmental, laboratory, and engineering professionals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical or process engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing and environmental management, with a proven track record of process safety and environmental team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and develop effective solutions.
