Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM SYLVAN LAKE.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
- Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
